Kendall Trace is a charming collection of 11 single-story buildings, each comprised of four mostly two-bedroom garden villas (43 garden villas in all) clustered around a tropical pool area, and nestled between tree-lined streets in the Kendall/Continental Park area – about a mile from Dadeland Mall, Dadeland South Metro station, Whole Foods, Target, Publix, and Trader Joe’s. The community is on the other side of the highway from Pinecrest and 10 minutes from The Falls. It is a true community of involved neighbors, several of whom have lived here for many years.
